Resistance Bands

The rubber resistance bands provide increasing levels of resistance to strengthen, stretch and condition select muscles and stabilize joints.
The Grey bands provide the least amount resistance and progressively increase in resistance from Black, to Orange, to Red.

Handles

The handles can be attached to the harnesses and to the resistance bands.

Attaching to harnesses – The exercise handles and their attachment to the hip and/or torso harnesses allow a coach or instructor to quickly teach the athlete how to correctly move their pelvis, spine, shoulders arms and legs by feel. Rather than just tell the athlete how to move their body, giving the athlete the feel for how to move their core or extremities speeds the learning process for athletes.

Also, the handles allow the coach to safely and appropriately teach the athlete how to move their body, especially the hips, pelvis, upper torso and other sensitive areas where coaches should not be placing their hands on an athlete. The coach or athlete simply attaches the handles to the hip or torso harness and then slowly and appropriately moves the athlete’s pelvis and/or upper body through the handles and harnesses without ever touching the athletes body.

Anchor Straps

There are two similar yet different anchor straps that function as part of the overall power hitting system.

The D-ring strap is anchored to a volleyball standard or other safe, suitable structure, and then the d-ring provides an anchor point for the resistance bands.

The strap without a D-ring is used to run a resistance band through to use both ends of the bands for various exercises as shown.
