PC360 Harness System

The harness system is comprised of the individual components below which work separately or together to rapidly and dramatically strengthen and stretch select muscles to turn the body further, easier and faster to hit and throw harder. The system also dramatically improves stability to the hips, spine and shoulder joints to reduce the chance of injury.

When purchased as a full system, the package comes with the Arm Action Trainer, Torso Harness, Hip Harness, all 4 resistance bands and a handy carry backpack to get your PC360 to and from practice or the gym. Each component of the system can also be purchased individually.
