Power Hitting Clinic
These clinics are designed to introduce athletes, coaches and parents to the PC 360 Power Hitting System so they understand how using and conditioning the core muscles rapidly turns the body and increases arm speed, so the athlete can safely learn to hit harder while preventing injuries.
Learning Objectives
PC 360 will allow each athlete to FEEL the following learning objectives:
- Improve arm action to safely increase arm speed
- The importance of whole body rotation
- How to coordinate the turn of the trunk and arm together
- Learn how to use the “big” muscles of the “core” to turn the hips, shoulders and arm in the correct sequence
- To control hip motion and turn the hips fast
- How turning the body reduces the stress on the hitting shoulder and arm by learning to hit with the powerful muscles of the core
- How shoulder, trunk, core and leg strength and stability increase arm speed to hit harder while avoiding injuries

Coaches within the host organization are FREE! Outside coaches $99.00 each
