Using the assistance of rubber tubing, the tubing pulls and turns the PC360 Power System and the pelvis, shoulders and arms through the ball in the correct sequence which the athlete feels and repeats.

Resistance
Creating resistance against the turn of the torso and hips, the athlete immediately feels how to generate greater force and power in the core and muscles of the hips and trunk to ultimately turn the body faster.

Performance Speed
Speed is immediately improved by the pull of the tubing and harness system as the athlete now turns faster than they normally can on their own. Repeating this trains the nervous system and muscles to learn to turn the body faster while you hit, throw or kick.
