We get asked every day if we are available for in person or online training and although we would love to train every single one of our customers, there just isn't enough hours in the day. So, we decided to develop a members only area where customers can get access to our very best training, all laid out in a step-by-step video format by our founder Billy Glisan. Once a week we will also be hosting live Q&A's for all site members to get help with exercises or movements in the programs..
Now, if this were a private coaching session, then I would charge over $100 dollars per hour, but that's not realistic for everyone and I don't have enough time in a week to train every single one of our customers. So I want to offer an affordable option, so you can leverage our programs & expertise!

Question: Do I need your training products to sign up or join the training?
Answer: No, although you will get maximum results by using our products along with the training, we do have courses and programs that allow you to use training tools you may have around the house or at the gym.
Question: What’s included in the Members’ Only Area?
Answer: A variety of training programs that provide step-by-step instructions on how to perform many different PC360 exercises, using PC360 equipment. This includes what color resistance band to use and the exact number of sets, repetitions and other exercise variables. Videos demonstrate how to perform each exercise correctly. Programs show the order of exercises to be performed and what order to perform them in. Also you have weekly access to live training and Q&A sessions with our PC360 coaches as well as access to our private Facebook group.
Question: What if we are unsure about an exercise and need some assistance
Answer: Jump in on the weekly Q&A session using Zoom where questions can be asked in regards to the programs, exercises, mechanics…
Question: Is this a contract?
Answer: No, it's a monthly commitment. You can stop at any time.
Question: What if an athlete is experiencing pain or discomfort with their program or exercises.
Answer: Jump on a weekly Q&A call to get live assistance and direction.
Question: How long are the programs in the Members’ Area?
Answer: The programs vary from a few weeks to up to 12 weeks for the longest program.
