Rotational Power for Sports

Athletes who turn their body to perform their sport movement (hitting, throwing, kicking or punching) are rotational athletes. Rotational sports include: baseball, cricket, field hockey, golf, hockey, lacrosse, softball, track & field (discus, hammer, javelin & shot put) tennis & volleyball, amongst others.

Improving arm, ball, bat, clubhead, foot, raquet or stick speed is directly related to how much rotational torque or power the athlete can generate with their body.

Athletes can immediately improve their rotational power and sports implement speed IF they learn how to better use the ground as the body needs to windup into the ground to maximze rotational power and speed.
