HOW DOES PC360 WORK?

- Improved Mechanics - Powercore 360 harnesses are worn over the hips and rib cage, which have resistance bands attached to d-rings on the harnesses. The bands help athletes feel how to immediately turn the hips & shoulders to improve hitting mechanics.
