40% of volleyball players will have shoulder pain.
20% of volleyball players will have knee pain.
More practice means more risk, and the pain can follow athletes for years after they stop playing. We teach them to hit and land with the whole body, so the shoulders and knees stop taking the beating.
Shoulder and Knee Pain Are Common.
They Aren't Random.

Pain that comes and goes is usually a mechanics problem, not bad luck.
One Root Cause.
Two Joints That Pay for It.
Shoulder and knee pain usually share a cause: one joint doing a job the whole body should share. Our training teaches the whole body to create force on the way up and absorb it on the way down.
The Shoulder
Arm-only swing
The shoulder makes the speed and takes the load on every swing.
Full-chain swing
The legs and hips make the speed. Trunk rotation shares the load.
What we teach
- Hip turn and trunk rotation
- Rotator cuff and eccentric strength work
Research identifies eccentric rotator cuff strength as a protective factor (Fayão et al., 2024).
The Knee
Stiff landing
Straight knees and an upright trunk, so the knee absorbs the force.
Controlled landing
Ankles, knees, and hips bend together and share the force.
What we teach
- Safe landing coaching with 1:8 feedback
- Jump mechanics and load education
Individual landing feedback improved landing mechanics in 12 to 14 year old girls, and it held 4 weeks later (Parsons & Alexander, 2012).
These are the mechanics researchers link to healthier shoulders and knees.

You Asked for It.
We Listened.
You told us what would make your clinic experience even better, and we agree. Here’s what’s new.
1 Coach per 8 Athletes Max
We used to train up to 36 athletes per clinic. You asked for smaller groups, so we’re capping each session at 16 athletes. That means a lot more individual attention for every athlete.
1 Day In Person + 1 Month of Personal Follow-Up
Two full days of training is a lot. By day two, athletes are tired and have a hard time taking in more information. Real skills also take time to stick with any kind of training. So you asked if we could offer the second half of the clinic as live online training, and we did. Your athlete trains with us in person, then continues with live online coaching over the following four weekends.
Our Full Training System
In a single weekend, we could only get through about half of our training system. Working with your athlete over multiple weeks lets us cover the full system, which is key to long-term success.
What Happens
Onsite and Online
One 4-hour hands-on onsite clinic, followed by four 1-hour live online sessions over the next four weekends. Athletes leave with power hitting mechanics they can build on.

PC360 clinics are coaching programs, not medical treatment. Athletes under a provider's care should check with that provider before attending.
