Sizing

What size should I order?

Use the sizing chart below — do not go by your pant size or general clothing size. Sizing is based on specific circumference measurements in inches taken at the locations shown.

Measure before you order Take your measurements exactly as shown in the chart above. Ordering the wrong size based on clothing size is the most common reason for exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
⚠ Do not use your harness until you've confirmed it fits We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any equipment that has been used. Returns are accepted on unused equipment within 30 days of purchase, or on items that are defective.

Please try on your harness before your first training session to verify the fit. Once equipment has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

If you believe your equipment is defective, please contact us through the Contact Us page and we'll make it right.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Important: Do not use your harness until you've confirmed it fits We cannot accept exchanges on used equipment. Try on your harness before training to verify the fit.

If your unused harness doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase. Send the following to the address below:

  • Your harness with all included accessories (unused and in original condition)
  • A note with the reason for the exchange and the size you'd like
  • Your original receipt

My athlete has outgrown their harness — can I get a bigger size?
Free Outgrown Harness Replacement If your athlete has outgrown their harness, we'll replace it with the next size up — free of charge. Just reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

Contact us through the Contact Us page to start your free size upgrade. Our team will walk you through the process.

Training & Instructions

What instructions come with my purchase?

During checkout you can request a sport-specific wall chart. You'll also have immediate access to sports instructions and videos for your specific sport.

For more advanced training, we also offer sport-specific 30- and 60-day programs as digital downloads.

Where can I get live Powercore training?

We offer several volleyball training options at different price points:

Ordering & Discounts

Can multiple kids share one harness? How many do I need?

If you're training one athlete at a time, one Advanced Training System (which includes all accessories) is all you need — then add individual harnesses in additional sizes. Single hip or torso harnesses are $179 each with no accessories.

Are there discounts for multiple systems?

Yes! Our shop includes preset bundle discounts for 6 and 12 systems. We also offer a discounted instructor/teacher package that includes one harness of each size plus a single set of accessories.
