Here’s what you get when you enroll
You’ll have access to our Power HItting Masterclass Online Course after you have completed the course, or if you need to pause the course for a camp or other reason.
Just log back in and repeat it as often as you would like.
Our Master Coaches will provide step-by-step instructions and training for 8 weeks to make sure that each athlete is performing their hitting and landing mechanics as well as their strength exercises correctly. These coaches are skilled at maximizing your athlete’s power & arm speed, while avoiding shoulder and back pain and decreasing injury risk of injury related to hitting and landing movements.
Each athlete follows a homework exercise and hitting routine which they video and send to our Master Coaches. The coaches then review each athlete’s homework and provide individualized feedback and instruction to improve the athlete’s program, training & results.
Each week one of our PC360 Master Coaches analyzes your athlete’s swing to provide feedback to tell them what to change or improve in their swing mechanics.
This weekly routine is invaluable to continually provide the necessary feedback to help your athlete progress each week through the program.
Another way our PC360 Master Coaches get & stay engaged with each athlete is by offering numerous Live Zoom Group Training Sessions each week. These sessions provide real-time live feedback for each athlete as they perform a variety of training activities including throwing mechanics, hitting mechanics, hitting in the air and strength & conditioning exercise to build strength, power & arm speed.
We offer different sessions, on different days & times to accommodate athletes in different time zones across the USA & Canada.
Training the specific strength, power & speed it takes to hit harder while avoiding pain & injuries is accomplished as each athlete receives our patented & proprietary training system, a $399 retail value.
The training system builds mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power & speed as it trains the athlete to turn the hips, core, shoulders and arms faster and tolerate turning these body parts faster.
A Partner you can trust
Powercore 360 is crucial for developing athletes because it addresses the foundational aspects of power hitting mechanics, which are often overlooked in traditional training. By focusing on proper technique, our Masterclass not only helps athletes hit harder and more effectively but also significantly reduces the risk of common injuries like shoulder and back pain. This dual approach ensures that athletes can perform at their best without compromising their long-term health.
Moreover, the program offers unparalleled support through personalized coaching, weekly swing analysis, and live training sessions. This level of attention and expertise is invaluable for developing athletes who play more, compete at higher levels, including securing scholarships and playing in NCAA programs. By investing in their training now, athletes can build a solid foundation for future success, both on and off the court.

Frequently Asked
The homework drills are online and the 3x/week Zoom training sessions are LIVE and really help athletes learn & train faster.
The clinic and masterclasses are beneficial for different reasons, both are fantastic training options and participation in either course can be done at anytime. The 8-hour clinic is great for initial training instruction and in person interaction. The masterclass is the best way to make training changes become more permanent muscle memory due to the structured homework drills and step-by-step coach guidance.
This is a great time to join the MC. The exercises take about 30 mins and can be done before practice. Because you are in season for club/HS you can do the things you are learning and use them during your practice reps.
Power Hitting is for focusing on your hitting mechanics to avoid injury and hit the ball harder where vertical jump masterclass is focused on doing volleyball specific training exercises to improve vertical.
While it is best to do the 8 weeks continuously, vacations and time off are going to happen. Continue the program when you get back.
No. You are welcome to attend any of the Zoom MC sessions after your 8 week training is over. It’s a great way to continue to develop and work on power hitting mechanics. It’s also great to have experienced athletes join and have the newer athletes see them and ask questions.
You really just need a space to do your approach and swing in the air. It is nice to have a tethered ball or ball in a hook to hold the ball while the athlete swings. And then a small volleyball or small ball to throw.
Yes. You do not need to be in a gym or on a volleyball court to do the training program. Almost all of our athletes do the program from home in various settings. You will need to create a space in which your athlete can throw a ball, hit a ball into something while standing, as well as be able to get into the air to hit a ball. This can be done using a variety of setups. You DO NOT have to buy the high end items, it can be done just as effectively with a drop down net hung in the garage.
The program is set up so with their training homework and feedback are done three times per week on your athletes schedule. The LIVE training sessions are a set schedule. They are NOT mandatory, but we highly recommend that your athlete attends at least 1 per week. The LIVE training sessions are an active session in which your athlete will perform drills, hit balls etc., and will receive immediate coaching feedback. The athletes that attend the LIVE training sessions progress at a greater rate.
The training program that you receive as part of the clinic package is based on all of the drills and key teaching points from the clinic; the 3 key components we covered throughout the clinic. The Master Class is a higher level of training. It is a deep dive that progresses through all of the fine details of the mechanics of attacking the ball, including arm pattern, hip and shoulder separation, and learning how to generate rotational power. It is a breakdown of each of these components while progressively bringing them all together in the air throughout the 8 weeks. The clinic was a great introduction from which to build upon if your athlete is motivated to do the work, and consistently participate in the program.
The Master Class is a rolling registration process. Once your athlete begins the program, they will progress through the 8 weeks on their personally set schedule. The LIVE Zoom sessions have athlete’s of varying levels in the program, but is set up in such a way, that any athlete can attend and get personal feedback and progress based on where they are in their training journey.
They must be at least 13 years old. It is important that they can focus and concentrate on the intensive type of training we provide. (For our clinics, we cap it at age 18.)
The Masterclass is for all levels! There is no expectation for any sort of specific experience! As long as your athlete has an open mind and is determined to get better, they will succeed in this course.
In the first few weeks the homework sessions take about 30-minutes to complete 3 times a week. Later in the program, starting in about week 5, the time commitment increases to an hour per session. We suggest that each athlete should commit to an hour, 3 times per week, for 8 weeks.
NO. While we do need the athlete and likely the parent to review the homework analyses and video feedback we provide and post on Facebook, the athlete does not have to be on Facebook but the parent will need to be on Facebook and allow their athlete to review our analyses we post on our Private Facebook Vertical Jump & Power Hitting page. (Note we screen the individuals that we allow into our private Facebook page and we do not allow all people into the page. We have close to 1000 people we have not approved in an effort to screen out people who don’t belong or have legitimate reason to be viewing the page).
