The ideal age range is 12–17. Athletes must be at least 12 years old and able to focus and concentrate during intensive training. We cap enrollment at age 18 for clinic sessions.
No specific level is required. The clinic is designed to help any motivated athlete — beginner through elite — improve power hitting mechanics. As long as your athlete has an open mind and the desire to improve, they will see results.
Morning sessions run 8am–12pm and afternoon sessions run 1:30pm–5:30pm (local time). The content is identical — just different times of day. Athletes must attend the same session (morning or afternoon) on both days and cannot mix sessions between days.
Equipment sizing is collected during registration. Your PC360 Clinic Pack is shipped to the clinic location ahead of the event. Athletes receive and use their pack during training, and it goes home with them after the clinic.
Clinic registrations are non-refundable. If an athlete experiences an illness or injury with a physician's note, a refund may be considered. Athletes may transfer to a different clinic date or city within a 1-year credit window.
PC360 coaches come from diverse backgrounds — former collegiate players, physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and educators. All are trained in PC360's specific methods and selected based on their ability to improve athlete performance.
The 8-hour in-person clinic is ideal for initial instruction, hands-on coaching, and quick results. The online 8-week Masterclass is the best way to make mechanics changes permanent through structured homework, step-by-step progressions, and weekly coach feedback. Many families do the clinic first, then the Masterclass to lock in the gains.
