The nervous system applies brakes
When the brain senses joint instability or loss of control, it restricts movement — limiting hip rotation, thoracic turn, and sequencing speed. Stretching and drills don't address this restriction. They never reach the control system.
Trail hip flexion is blocked first
Before the hip can rotate, it must flex. Most golfers can't access deep trail hip flexion — and nobody is addressing it. Without that load, a ground-up downswing is physically unavailable. The upper body takes over every time.

Thigh Cuff + Pointer
Applied to the trail thigh, the pointer aligns to the second toe at address and stays there through the full backswing. The body self-organizes automatically — activating the correct trail thigh muscles to produce true hip internal rotation without a single external cue.
Hip Harness
Worn around the pelvis, the hip harness creates direct compression and stabilization feedback — signaling joint stability to the nervous system and releasing the protective brake on hip rotation.
Torso Harness + Patented Connecting Strap
The torso harness trains thoracic rotation and core stability in isolation. When connected via the patented adjustable webbing strap, the system trains the pelvis and t-spine to rotate independently and in the correct sequence.

Trail hip flexion + internal rotation
The movement nobody talks about — trained first, because everything depends on it. Bands, isometric holds, and the thigh cuff unlock the deep hip load that makes a ground-up downswing possible.
Thoracic rotation + the breathing protocol
The torso harness and grey band isolate the ribcage rotation. A controlled exhale activates the parasympathetic nervous system — relaxing spinal muscles and releasing the thoracic brake in real time.
Lead hip compression + clearing
The lead hip must feel safe before it will clear. Seated activation, standing thigh pull, and band-assisted clearing train joint compression and the space that allows the arms to swing freely through impact.

Hip replacement surgery restores the mechanical structure of the joint. It cannot restore the proprioception the original hip capsule provided. Without that sensory feedback, the nervous system restricts the clearing movement that produces a functional downswing.
