Hip Activation

If you learn how to activate or "turn on" the muscles responsible to turn your hips & pelvis with power, you'll immediately have more power, speed or velocity in practice or in the game.

Hip Activation

When you resist the turn of the hips (using the harness and resistance bands) it activates the fast turn of the hips. when the bands come off, your hips will fly to increase linear hip drive and/or rotational (depending on how you activated them). Once activated, these muscles will be on for 10-15 minutes. Do this before your at-bat or as part of your warm-up for pitching and your body will respond WITHOUT having to think about it.
