Linear or Rotation?
The best and most powerful hitters are both linear and rotational (they move the body forwards towards the ball first and then they rotate or turn their hips and body explosively to increase hitting and throwing power, speed or velocity.
Linear or Rotation?
Set-up in box correctly to load legs & hips, drive the inside of the right foot into the ground to create the linear movements of the lower-half of the body as you stride with left foot. When the left foot contacts the ground (on ball of the foot), drive the left heel rapidly into the ground and your front leg will firm up and your hips and body will rotate or turn explosively, to increase hitting or throwing power, speed or velocity.
