This clinic improves: 1) power hitting mechanics, 2) arm speed and 3) reduces injury risk for volleyball hitting. This clinic runs over 2 days ).

Each registered athletes receives our PC360 Volleyball Clinic Training System (*at the clinic) so they can train at home after the clinic:

- 1 grey-very light resistance band; 1 black-light resistance band)
