The Powercore 360 Volleyball Power & Speed Circuit is designed for healthy athletes 12 years of age and older, to provide the specific strength, power & speed exercises to help improve hitting power, arm speed & vertical jump.
This downloadable program is super easy to follow. It can be performed 2-3x’s per week for 20-30 minutes per session at home, in the gym, or in essentially any training facility that has common conditioning equipment available (resistance bands, dumbbells, etc...).
