What sports does the Hip Trainer work for?

How quickly will I see results?

Athletes typically feel increased hip mobility in their first session. Research shows up to 25% more rotational power in just a few training sessions. Results compound over time — faster bat speed, harder throws, more powerful drives.

What size should I order?

Two sizes: X Small/Small (waist 25–32") and Medium/Large (waist 33–40+"). Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your hips/pelvis — not your belly.

What resistance band should I start with?

Everyone starts with grey or black — these are the right bands to build proper hip mechanics and movement patterns first. Once the movements feel natural and you've built a base, you progress to orange. Jumping to heavier resistance too soon limits your range of motion and slows results.

Can it be used for injury rehab?

Yes. Physical therapists use the PC360 Hip Trainer for hip labral tear rehab, post hip-replacement recovery, and general hip strengthening. Consult your PT before starting a rehab protocol.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?
