ADVANCED SYSTEM
The Powercore 360 Advanced Training System was developed to rapidly improve sports performance by training the core to turn the body with greater rotational power & speed. Our size-specific harness systems have strategically placed D-rings at the points of the hips and under the arms.
Using our FREE app and 30-day age specific programs, perform your critical sports movements using resistance bands, arm cuffs and handles. This training improves stability, strength, flexibility and rotation instantly from home or on the go and it’s specific for your athletic game. The faster the body can turn, the greater the power to hit, throw, kick and punch.
HITTING PROGRAMS
The 30-day, Powercore 360 Power Hitting Programs are designed for healthy athletes in these age groups (9-11, 12-14, or 15 years of age and over), with the expectation of increasing bat speed safely by 4-16 MPH (depending on age & developmental levels).
These programs focus on the proper development of:
- Use of the feet, legs and pelvis to take advantage of ground reaction forces
- Linear & rotational power from the pelvis, hips, spine, shoulders, arms & hands
- Resisted & overspeed core work (as appropriate by age group)
- Improved power hitting mechanics and balance throughout swing
- Maximium Hip & Shoulder Separation
- Increased bat speed & ball velocity
PITCHING PROGRAMS
The 30-day, Powercore 360 Arm Care & Core Strength Programs are designed for healthy athletes in these age groups (12-14, or 15 years of age and over), with the expectation of increasing arm speed safely by 4-6 MPH (depending on age & developmental levels).
These programs focus on the proper development of:
- Use of the feet, legs and pelvis to take advantage of ground reaction forces
- Linear & rotational power from the pelvis, hips, spine, shoulders, arms & hands
- Resisted & overspeed core work (as appropriate by age group)
- Improved pitching & throwing mechanics and balance throughout throw
- Maximum Hip & Shoulder Separation
- Increased arm speed & ball velocity
These digital downloads have easy to follow, step-by-step instructions for drills, sets and repetitions to be performed 3x’s per week for 30-60 minutes per session.
