PC360 Athlete Workout Challenge - Volleyball


What is it?

A weekly activity for PC360 volleyball athletes to track their workouts and compete against other athletes to see who can work the hardest each week.

How it Works?

  1. Athletes participate in FREE PC360 Online Training Sessions and/or they complete the PC360 workouts on their own.
  2. Athletes count the number of reps they perform each day and submit their reps by 8 pm each day on this form.
  3. PC360 updates the athlete reps daily on the "Athlete Standings" graph below.
  4. Competitions run Monday-Saturday with winners being announced each Sunday.
