Powercore 360 Programs are designed for use with the PC360 Advanced Training System. These programs are age-specific and appropriate using body weight, PC360 harnesses, resistance bands and other equipment to improve mechanics, increase strength, power & speed.
Power Hitting:
Objectives:
This 30-day program focuses on the proper use of the feet, legs, hips, core, shoulders, arms & hands to develop proper power hitting mechanics. Hitters will quickly build age-appropriate strength, power and speed while they perform power hitting movements and then they immediately hit balls off tees and off soft-toss. Using a measurement tool such as the Diamond Kinetics Swing Tracker (not included) will show measureable improvements in hitting power, bat speed, quickness and control in every PC360 Power Hitting Session.
Arm Care, Core Strength & Arm Velocity:
Objectives:
This 30-day program focuses on the proper use of the feet, legs, hips, core, shoulders, arms & hands to develop proper power throwing mechanics. Pitchers & throwers will quickly build age-appropriate strength, power and speed while they perform proper throwing & pitching movements and as they learn how to move all parts of the body to safely increase throwing/pitching velocity.
