This clinic provides the Foundational Mechanics a youth player, age 10-12, needs to develop to hit and serve a volleyball with power & speed to score points.
The initial 2-hour LIVE Clinic is held on-a-court. Clinic & Program athletes will quickly learn how to successfully develop the mechanics to hit and serve a ball over the net with power, to ultimately score points.

✅ 4-week Home Training Program to reinforce proper mechanics & build age-appropriate arm & core strength
✅ Two 30-minute live Zoom training follow-up sessions (week 2 & 4 after clinic)
