Designed for athletes 13 & older. This program uses PC360's Arm Strength & Velocity Trainer (product must be purchased separately) and optionally the PC360 Torso Trainer. These exercises can be performed at home, on the field or at a training facility. This program is a digital download that can be viewed on a smart phone, a tablet or on a computer.
